The Village Lifestyle Real Estate Team was created in 2020 by Ted Custance, a well–respected local Realtor who has been serving the Bath and Kingston area for more than 12 years. With a focus that goes beyond simply buying and selling homes, Ted built the team around the idea that real estate is about lifestyle, community, and location as much as it is about the property itself.
